CIGNEX completed the External Audit for ISO 27001:2013 i.e Information Security Management System, on the 29th & 30th November, 2021 by Bureau Veritas, a certified company specializing in testing, inspections and certifications.
In the recent past, CIGNEX has also effectively upgraded and completed migration audit for ISO 20000:2018 from ISO 20000:2011 i.e. IT Service Management by ISOQAR conducted on 2nd & 3rd August,2021, 2021.
The ISO 20000:2018 certification represents that CIGNEX is strongly aligned with the IT Service Management compliance norms which enables them to bid and manage large maintenance and support projects. It also acknowledges the fact that CIGNEX is operating according to the industry recognized best practices for Quality & Services. During the external audit, the compliance related standard requirements and controls implemented were verified.

The Surveillance Audit is conducted on yearly basis by an external certification agency to ensure that the standard requirements are implemented and maintained. All the supporting functions i.e. Human Resource, IT & Networking, Learning & Development, Admin, Travel, Quality Excellence Group, Leadership and designated project teams were a part of this external audit.
